My Fitness Elements has become the most effective fitness program in the Portland area designed specifically for men. The Mens POWER PLUS+ workouts target all the common goals that men are concerned with, losing the love handles, getting bigger and more defined arms, firm abs, and a bigger chest, to name a few.Being a personal trainer, my goal is to help men become more confident in themselves by improving the areas they wish to improve and teaching them how to stay healthy and happy for a long time.
I also incorporate nutrition counseling in my programs so that you not only are eating right, but you are eating to help you achieve your results in a shorter period of time.
