Jason Trammell is a certified personal fitness trainer offering in-home personal fitness training throughout the Portland Metro Area. He also provides private one-on-one sessions at a local training facility in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
I freelance out of Snap Fitness, but there's no membership required and never any pressure to join. I also offer in-home personal training and bring all the equipment directly to your home or preferred location. What matters most to me are your fitness goals—not where we train, but how we help you get results.
