The Scissors Exercise for the Inner Thighs

To perform the Scissors Exercise for the Inner Thighs, follow the following steps:

  1. Lie on your back, extend your legs to the ceiling and separate them.

  2. Place your hands behind your lower back back for support.

  3. Begin with your legs separated as far as you feel comfortable and point your toes up and away from the center of your body.

  4. Pull both legs in and squeeze them together as they cross the center of your body.

  5. Release and repeat.

This is a exercise you can do at home if you don't have time to go to the gym and all. I often utilize this exercise during in home training sessions with my clients.
