STAR FISH PLANK
As your Portland Personal Trainer you will learn the star fish plank. Raise your left arm so that your hand is directly above your head. At the same time, raise your left leg so its about 2 feet above your right foot. Hold plank for 15 seconds and then switch sides. Do about 3-6 sets resting 15-30 seconds in between sets.
