Staggered Push Ups

With staggered push ups you are a in a push up stance with one hand high and one hand low and then do a push up alternating hands back and forth hitting the chest at a different angle. It's basically a stationary spider crawl. Do like 3-6 sets 12-20 reps resting 20-90 seconds in between sets.
