How To Get Ripped Fast
Trammell's Health & Fitness Tips - Health, Fitness, Nutrition & Training Tips to Keep you Healthy and Motivated
Get ripped fast by following the following fitness and dietary guidelines:
- Eating nothing but:
- egg whites
- chicken
- Ezekiel Bread
- almonds
- green beans
- broccoli
- Drinking tons of cold water
- Daily protein intake should be about 350-365 grams
- Daily carbs intake should be 30 grams to 0 grams
- On workout days 30 grams or less of carbs.
- On cardio days 0 grams of carbs, and do cardio twice a day for at least 30 minutes each time you do it
- Do cardio first thing in the morning to burn more fat and calories
- Do cardio on opposite days giving muscles time to rebuild protein and glycogen stores
Do this for 4-6 weeks, guranteed results. I do cardio on opposite days 3 days in a row for consistency.
