How to Use The Ab Wheel More Effectively

So on a mat sitting up grab the wheel, hold it with the wheel extended in front of you and roll out and extend as far as you can and then, as you roll back to the starting position, arch your back a little bit while squeezing the abs at the top of each rep getting that extra crunch! Do this about 8-15 reps resting about 20-30 seconds, 4-6 sets depending on your fitness level.
