The Goblet Squat Press

As you Portland Personal Trainer you will learn the exercise the Goblet Squat Press.

So with your feet apart with 2 dumbells in hand up just over your shoulders with your elbows bent, do a deep squat as far as you can and as you come up extend your elbows upward pressing the dumbells and then repeat at the starting position with dumbells just above shoulders.

Do about 3-6 sets doing 12-20 reps resting between 20-90 seconds depending on your fitness level. This exercise isolates the glutes, quads and anterior deltoids all in one motion.
