As your Portland Personal Trainer you will learn a good low back exercise called flutter kicks. Lie on your back with feet straight with hands to the side or behind your back for support if you have back issues and alternate left and right kicks keeping the legs as straight as possible doing about 20-40 total kicks resting between 10-30 seconds in between sets doing like 3-6 sets. This is the tip for lower abs.
