Barbell Ab Roll Out
As your Portland Personal Trainer you will learn the barbell ab roll out for your abdominals. Its very similar to the Ab roller but with a bar.
Stand up behind the barbell with feet apart.
Push the barbell forward going down extending your legs, torso, arms and shoulders out.
Hold the barbell out as far as you can, isolating the abs, then roll the barbell back coming up slowly to the standing position.
Then repeat. Do about 3-6 sets doing of 8-15 reps resting a good 30 seconds in between sets.
